Arrival and departure

Please go to the front desk upon arrival and departure. You can access your cottage from 3pm. You are, of course, welcome to use the park’s facilities while waiting to access your cottage, should this be necessary. If you plan to arrive after closing time of the reception, please be so kind as to contact them so that they can give you the access code for the key box.

We kindly ask you to vacate the bungalow before 10am and return the bungalow’s keys, as well as your rented linnen, at the reception.

We charge a mandatory deposit of 150 € which will be collected upon arrival.

Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 1pm to 9pm.
Every other day from 9am to 12pm and from 1pm to 5pm.
During the holiday periods from 9am to 12pm and from 1pm to 6pm.

Fireworks prohibited

Holiday park Sunclass Durbuy represents enjoying nature, peace and quiet, and therefore we choose not to allow fireworks of any kind on our park. Setting off fireworks is prohibited and we urgently ask our guests not to set it off on the park, or in its vicinities.
